Singapore / Manila, [3 Oct 2025] – G Element Pte Ltd, a leading provider of 3D Digital Twin solutions for smart buildings and cities, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CLIXLogic, Inc., a leading Filipino systems integrator specializing in IoT and energy efficiency solutions, to drive the adoption of intelligent building and smart city technologies in the Philippines.

Under this collaboration, CLIXLogic becomes G Element’s first Senfi Partner in the Philippines, integrating Senfi’s advanced digital twin capabilities with CLIXLogic’s IoT, energy monitoring, and control systems expertise. The partnership enables unified monitoring and management of diverse sensors and devices — from air conditioning systems and energy meters to environmental and structural sensors — through a single interactive 3D platform.
