The workshop presented a discussion on Digital Twin Technology, highlighting the difference between a Digital Model and a Digital Twin, as well as the role played by a Digital Twin in the evolution of Facility Management.
Attendees gained an in-depth understanding of Senfi as an integrated Open Digital Twin Platform that served as a multi-protocol middleware, enabling single integration for sensors and sub-systems. Key workshop highlights included a showcase of the individual product features of Senfi, as well as previews of the upcoming Senfi AI Service and ESG Engine.
Attendees at G Element May 2025 Workshop (PM Session) – Digital Twin Dynamics with Senfi: Innovate and Elevate
Participants also viewed a video explaining the evolution of a Digital Twin across ten levels – with clear definition for each level. At the event, Senfi was introduced as a commercially deployed, cumulative Level 6 Digital Twin within the 10-Level Digital Twin Framework, demonstrating its real-world impact.
The Senfi Collaboration Model was examined, detailing strategic partnership pathways within the Senfi ecosystem to fully unlock the platform’s potential and advance toward a Level 9 Immersive Digital Twin.
This workshop also featured a sharing by a guest speaker from the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), which provided invaluable information and insights on the NTUC’s Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant. Tuesday, 22 April 2025 – G Element hosted its first workshop on ‘Digital Twin Dynamics with Senfi – Innovate and Elevate’ at BeyondX Living Lab.
Attendees explored how the Senfi Digital Twin platform is driving efficiency, sustainability, and smarter decision-making through AI-driven predictive analytics in the built environment.
10 Levels of Digital Twin
The workshop provided an insightful discussion on Digital Twin Technology, highlighting how an integrated Open Digital Twin Platform served as a multi-protocol middleware. This allowed sensors and sub-systems to integrate only once, rather than requiring multiple individual integrations. Participants explored the ten levels of Digital Twin — ranging from realistic to futuristic — with clear definitions for each stage. Additionally, the session delved into how AI-powered building digital twins contributed to sustainability in the built environment, shaping the future of urban development.
Attendees gained an in-depth understanding of both existing and upcoming product features of Senfi, with a particular focus on its ESG Engine. This feature seamlessly imported and consolidated emissions data, enabling users to generate ESG reports in a single click.
Senfi Live Demo
Moreover, the event introduced Senfi as a commercially deployed, cumulative Level 6 Digital Twin within the 10-Level Digital Twin Framework, demonstrating its real-world impact. A live demonstration showcased the power of Senfi in revolutionizing smart and sustainable building management, offering attendees a first-hand look at its capabilities.
To further drive innovation, the Senfi Collaboration Model was explored, illustrating how strategic partnerships within the Senfi ecosystem unlocked the full potential of the platform, pushing toward a Level 9 Immersive Digital Twin. Finally, the workshop presented ROI case studies of project implementations, highlighting how Senfi effectively resolved critical pain points for end-users, delivering measurable value across industries.

KONE Digital Xperience – 22 April 2021, National Gallery, Singapore
KONE Digital Xperience event
We thank all those who has taken time to attend the KONE Digital Xperience. Due to covid-19 situation, this is the first live exhibition G Element has been able to participate in after a one-year hiatus. It is also the first public appearance of our latest product, Senfi – the autonomous intelligence cloud for smart buildings.
G Element showcase at KONE Digital Xperience event
In this combined showcase with our partner KONE, Senfi demonstrates the integration with the KONE API to allow building users to monitor the live situation of their elevators via Senfi digital twin dashboard and create high value autonomous workflows using the Senfi’s autonomous intelligence engine.
Senfi Autonomous Intelligence Cloud for Smart Buildings
As the live exhibition is held at the National Gallery, we have created a National Gallery demo, where Senfi integrates with the KONE Cloud API to enable end-users to visualize “live” information of the KONE elevators installed at National Gallery and receive notifications/alarms on elevator events via the National Gallery digital twin dashboard.
INNOVATIVE POSSIBILITIES
Smart hospitality workflow
With the Senfi autonomous intelligence engine, we can create smart hospitality workflows where upon detecting the arrival of a VIP, an usher robot can be dispatched to welcome the VIP. The workflow can concurrently call the KONE elevator down to bring the VIP and the robot to the destination floor. At the destination floor, Senfi can coordinate with different sensors such as video and smart lighting to provide the VIP with a personalized visiting experience.
COLLABORATION BETWEEN KONE AND G ELEMENT
Digital twin showing live elevator information and alarms
In this partnership where Senfi is natively integrated with the KONE Cloud API, users can visualize “live” information of elevators and be alerted in the event of any elevator incidents.
People flow based Autonomous Workflow
Users can now create people flow based autonomous workflows, for example when a meeting has ended and a room needs to be cleaned, a cleaning request can be sent to Senfi to trigger an autonomous cleaning workflow. Senfi can then dispatch cleaning robot and then help the robot reach the destination floor by coordinating with the KONE elevator through the KONE Cloud API.
