Singapore / Manila, [3 Oct 2025] – G Element Pte Ltd, a leading provider of 3D Digital Twin solutions for smart buildings and cities, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CLIXLogic, Inc., a leading Filipino systems integrator specializing in IoT and energy efficiency solutions, to drive the adoption of intelligent building and smart city technologies in the Philippines.
Under this collaboration, CLIXLogic becomes G Element’s first Senfi Partner in the Philippines, integrating Senfi’s advanced digital twin capabilities with CLIXLogic’s IoT, energy monitoring, and control systems expertise. The partnership enables unified monitoring and management of diverse sensors and devices — from air conditioning systems and energy meters to environmental and structural sensors — through a single interactive 3D platform.

Through real-time integration of IoT sensors, energy monitoring, and 3D visualization, building owners and facility managers can monitor entire estates — from chillers and elevators to workspace utilization — all within a single digital twin dashboard.
Beyond buildings, CLIXLogic is also helping local government units (LGUs) transform public spaces through intelligent streetlighting — a practical first step toward Smart City adoption. These adaptive lighting systems serve as a foot in the door for LGUs to later integrate environmental sensors, traffic analytics, and emergency response networks — turning ordinary streetlights into multipurpose IoT nodes that support safer, greener, and more connected communities.

We are excited to have our partners and end-users with us at G Element’s seminar in Bangkok, themed “Applying Digital Twin Technology For Smart Building and Cities”. At the seminar, G Element’s Vice President Mr. Eric Loh shared with the audience on the trends, market and business sentiments, followed by digital twin project implementations.
We have also introduced to the crowd our NUCLEUS 3D emergency management dashboard platform, which is specially formulated to help deal with emergencies situations in buildings and cities.

NUCLEUS is now officially deployed at the Chiang Mai City Command Center. NUCLEUS fuses CCTV data streams with city 3D building models to provide the command center a live situational view of the city.
Operators using NUCLEUS scenario manager to manage incidents
Deployed with the Scenario Manager module, operators are able to pre-define standard operating procedures for emergency scenario in their local language. When incident occurs, operators can manage emergency situations in a more effective and efficient way, just by following the SOP steps in the Scenario Manger, and logging down the actions taken within the Scenario Manager module.

NUCLEUS is now officially deployed at the West Java Provincial Government Command Center. Using 3D, NUCLEUS transform visualization of the building by fusing CCTV data streams to provide the command center a live situational view of the building.

NUCLEUS as the 3D unified management platform in Bandung Command Center
NUCLEUS is now officially deployed at the Bandung Command Center. As part of the Bandung Smart city collaboration and cooperation, NUCLEUS uses 3D to transform visualization of the city while fusing with live CCTV data streams to provide the command center a situational view of the city. Accompanied by the Incident Reporter module, patrolling security staff can capture and post live reports of any incidents encountered so that the command center can handle the incidents fast.
On top of that, NUCLEUS is also deployed with the Scenario Manager module. Using the Scenario Manager module, operators can pre-define standard operating procedures for emergency scenario, such as fire outbreaks, accidents on major roads etc. In times of emergency, operators can just follow the SOP steps in the Scenario Manger, and log down the actions taken within the Scenario Manager module. This helps the command center to manage emergency situations in a more effective and efficient way.
