Singapore, March 12, 2018 – A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between G Element Pte Ltd and DATA MODUL AG, by Mr. S. W. Yeow as Managing Director of G Element Pte Ltd and Dr. Florian Pesahl as CEO of DATA MODUL AG. This symbolizes the commitment between both companies to co-develop and co-market joint business and solution development for the smart cities and buildings market.
G Element’s 3D open platform, NUCLEUS can unify diverse sensor systems in buildings and cities to enable powerful situational awareness and management. Through this collaboration with DATA MODUL, G Element will be able to incorporate the displays technology, putting the displays into multiple uses, linking up individual displays in the buildings and cities to bring about smarter solutions.

The showroom comprises of technologies carried by Dahua Technologies, such as HDCVI CCTV, 4K HD CCTV, 360 degrees IP CCTV, Thermal Imaging CCTV, Carpark lot sensor, Access Control, Video Intercom etc.

The various types of CCTVs carried by Dahua Technologies can be integrated into NUCLEUS to provide building/city operators a situational overview of the building/city. Using NUCLEUS’s virtual guard tour function, security guards can increase the number of patrol frequency. Together with other integrated systems such as access control, building management system, fire detection system, guard/visitor tracking etc, building operators can get information from multiple sources to make informed decisions when emergency incidents occur.

NUCLEUS with RFID tracking
Using RFID technology, personnel, assets and workflows can be tracked at workplaces. Paired with 3D visualization from NUCLEUS, locations of personnel wearing RFID watches can be tracked to ensure their safety. Locations of valuable assets can also be easily tracked and any illegal movement of asset from compound will be immediately logged down and reported by NUCLEUS.

G Element had a successful exhibition showcasing NUCLEUS at SecuRex Solution Day Autumn 2014. We thank all those who took their precious time to join us at the SecuRex Solution Day held in Hong Kong, 06th November 2014.
During the keynote session, we shared on NUCLEUS’s latest integration with third party systems such as Johnson Controls’ Metasys, taxi queue, carpark and hygiene monitoring systems etc. With the Internet of Things becoming a rising trend, NUCLEUS’s new integration with devices such as mobile incident reporter, mobile tracker, mobile video etc. allows smart monitoring and management of buildings and cities.
NUCLEUS’s ability to fuse with Milestone XProtect System’s real-time video and events, coupled with location tracking system and emergency alerts, provides an unified 3D situational view for premise managers to efficiently manage their premise facilities.
