NUCLEUS deployment at West Java Provincial Government Command Center
NUCLEUS as the 3D unified management platform in West Java Provincial Government Command Center
NUCLEUS is now officially deployed at the West Java Provincial Government Command Center. Using 3D, NUCLEUS transform visualization of the building by fusing CCTV data streams to provide the command center a live situational view of the building.
Operators using NUCLEUS to monitor security in West Java Provincial Government Building
Deployed with the Scenario Manager module, operators can pre-define standard operating procedures for emergency scenario, such as break-in, fire outbreak etc. In times of emergency, operators can just follow the SOP steps in the Scenario Manger, and log down the actions taken within the Scenario Manager module. This helps the command center to manage emergency situations in a more effective and efficient way.

Singapore, April 5, 2019 – A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between G Element Pte Ltd and NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, by Mr. S.W. Yeow as Managing Director of G Element Pte Ltd and Mr. Lim Kok Quee as Managing Director (Singapore) of NEC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. This symbolizes the commitment between both companies to co-develop and co-market joint business and solution development for the public safety and security market.
The aim of signing the MOU is to bring advanced technologies and solutions to government for safeguarding of cities, turning cities into Smart and Safe Cities, where people are able to live, work, and play in safety and comfort while also coexisting in harmony with the environment.

NUCLEUS 已被部署在万隆指挥中心
NUCLEUS as the 3D unified management platform in Bandung Command Center
NUCLEUS is now officially deployed at the Bandung Command Center. As part of the Bandung Smart city collaboration and cooperation, NUCLEUS uses 3D to transform visualization of the city while fusing with live CCTV data streams to provide the command center a situational view of the city. Accompanied by the Incident Reporter module, patrolling security staff can capture and post live reports of any incidents encountered so that the command center can handle the incidents fast.
On top of that, NUCLEUS is also deployed with the Scenario Manager module. Using the Scenario Manager module, operators can pre-define standard operating procedures for emergency scenario, such as fire outbreaks, accidents on major roads etc. In times of emergency, operators can just follow the SOP steps in the Scenario Manger, and log down the actions taken within the Scenario Manager module. This helps the command center to manage emergency situations in a more effective and efficient way.

As part of the collaboration, G Element is now a Certified Solution Partner of Huawei. During the Huawei Singapore Openlab 2.0 opening ceremony, G Element was presented with the plaque for being a Certified Solution Partner by Mr. Daniel Zhou, President of Huawei Southern Pacific Enterprise Business Group.
Huawei Openlab 2.0 – Smart & Safe City Command Centre
Being part of the Openlab 2.0 experience center, G Element worked with Huawei and partners to create collaborative solutions. By integrating G Element’s 3D visualization platform with Huawei’s ICT infrastructure platform, as well as Integrated Campus Platforms Integrated Communication Platform (ICP), eLTE, Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS), video conferencing, and unified communications, we created a 3D visualized and converged command system that allows cross-regional collaboration for enhanced efficient response. The open ICP enables unified communications, which in turn helps achieve rapid decision-making. This results in an intuitive response system that enhances integrated and coordinated emergency command ability.

2018年中国国际智能产业博览会重大项目集中签约活动 (2018 Smart China Expo Major Projects Centralized MoU Signing)
Chongqing, China, August 23 2018 – The first Smart China Expo 2018 was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center, China. During the signing ceremony for major projects held on the first day of the Smart China Expo, G Element signed a cooperation agreement for the “China-Singapore Digital City Industry Alliance”. Twenty guests from national ministries, foreign governments, brother provinces and cities, well-known enterprises and the Chongqing Municipal Government witnessed the signing of the project.
