G Element would like to thank all those who took their precious time to join us at the International Facility Management Expo 2016 held at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, 28-30 September 2016. As an IDA approved technology provider under the iSPRINT grant, G Element presents NUCLEUS’s smart 3D unified facility management solutions for buildings. Using NUCLEUS, facility managers will be able to do cross management systems queries, such as querying the building management system for room temperature spike while retrieving the live CCTV footage of the same room from video management system to check for visible fire outbreak. Under the IDA iSPRINT grant scheme, qualified SMEs who purchase the NUCLEUS packaged solutions can enjoy up to 70% subsidy of qualifying costs.
Asahi Security Technologies and G Element’s Smart, Green and Safe Solution.
Together with partner, Asahi Security Technologies, G Element also presented a Smart, Green and Safe building/city ecosystem. Asahi Security Technologies provides technologies such as mobile CCTV, HIP door access and automated watering green wall to help buildings and cities become greener and safer. Through use of G Element’s NUCLEUS smart 3D unified management platform, facility managers can easily monitor and control these systems, streamlining work process and increasing productivity.

G Element would like to thank all those who took their precious time to join us at the IoTShow 2016 held at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, 1-2 September 2016. Together with partner company Avetics, G Element presents 3D unified management solutions for large estates, such as a campus or even city wide scale. With the help of Avetics’ drone services, aerial imagery of the location is captured along with the 3D points cloud, which is then used to recreate the 3D models of the required location. By integrating sensors with the 3d model, NUCLEUS allows the management to monitor and control situations that arises across the estate efficiently.

G Element collaboration with Ascendas Singbridge to bring you the Ascendas Singbridge Experience Suite at World Cities Summit 2016
G Element had a successful collaboration with Ascendas Singbridge, bringing their project – The Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (SSGKC) to the public in an experience suite during World Cities Summit 2016. We thank all those who took their precious time to join us at the event held at Marina Bay Sands, 10-13 July 2016.
Interactive kiosk showcasing SSGKC Smart Loop, designed and implemented by G Element
As part of the exhibition, G Element has designed and implemented an interactive kiosk to showcase the 6 key areas in SSGKC Smart Loop, namely the “IPR Cluster”, “Health Cluster”, “Ascendas OneHub GKC Cluster”, “Neighbourhood Centres”, “Water Sensitive Urban Design Features” and “CREST and Smart/Eco Cluster”. Public can simply touch the interactive kiosk to learn more of each individual areas.
Tablet application showcasing The Four Economic Pillars of SSGKC, designed and implemented by G Element
On top of the interactive kiosk, G Element has also designed and implemented a tablet application to showcase the four economic pillars of SSGKC, namely the “eSERVICES”, “eMOBILITY”, “eHEALTHCARE” and “eNERGY MANAGEMENT”. Through the use of videos, textual and pictorial information, public can learn in depth on how each individual pillars are implemented in SSGKC.

During the exhibition, NUCLEUS is showcased as a command center based solution combined with integrated sensors, 3D maps and data analytics to provide citywide monitoring of buildings, infrastructures, environment and transportation. NUCLEUS also has an add-on SOP management module which revolutionizes the way city operators can carry out city wide security surveillance with clear step by step instructions, and respond to emergencies quickly.

In collaboration with Singapore Expo and SMU’s Live labs, NUCLEUS showcased how crowd at large event places e.g. exhibition hall can be tracked and analyzed using WiFi network and devices.
G Element’s collaboration with ADLink
G Element has also collaborated with ADLINK to present a smart street lighting and smart factory solution. Together with ADLINK’s IoT Gateway Platform, NUCLEUS helps smart city owners to monitor street lighting, increasing energy savings. Integrated with ADLINK’s embedded IoT Gateway Platform, NUCLEUS helps factories to monitor production pipelines, improving factories’ production.

NUCLEUS helps city managers to be smarter and more efficient in managing and keeping their cities safe, green and secure.
NUCLEUS’s open platform allows integration with multiple devices, such as CCTVs, energy management systems, water management systems etc. across the city. This consolidation of data from separate systems allows interactions between silo management systems, so that useful data analysis can be done efficiently and coherently.

At the exhibition, we have showcased NUCLEUS to work with Smart bin Intelligent Monitoring Solution. Using the Smart bin solution, the company in charge of city cleaning can remotely monitor the frequency and levels of usage of bins situated all over the city on NUCLEUS. Once the smart bins reach their maximum capacity, NUCLEUS alerts the cleaning company to schedule a garbage truck to collect the rubbish. This allows the cleaning company to reduce the number of trips the garbage trucks have to make in a day, while maintaining the level of cleanliness in the city, improving workforce efficiency.

With building and construction processes getting more and more complex, and the industry facing a tightening of foreign workers supply, companies are looking forward to learn new technologies to save manpower while maintaining growth. NUCLEUS’s progressive building constructing models allows contractors to keep track of building progress, and integration with Intercorp’s attendance management system, allows construction contractor companies to keep track of their manpower usage and report project productivity, across multiple construction sites.
To keep in line with Singapore Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) requirement of keeping track of workers location in a tunnel, NUCLEUS integration with Intercorp’s facial recognition biometric system and Tunity’s RFID allows contractors to know when their workers enter/exit the tunnel and where they are in the tunnel. This information is vital in cases of emergency evacuation, especially if construction accidents happens.

At the exhibition, we have also showcased a new feature of NUCLEUS, the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) function. The smart SOP allows construction companies to define the procedures and steps to be taken during times of emergencies, such as tunnel collapse or crane crash. Being clear cut and comprehensive, the smart SOP guides operators to better carry out emergency evacuations, while streamlining the process of logging down actions taken.
